Payments infrastructure
for the world in motion.
Veloqen is one platform to accept payments, route them for the best approval rates, split funds between parties, pay out partners worldwide and reconcile every cent — built for travel, mobility and marketplaces.

The platform
Everything money touches, in one system.
Not a gateway with add-ons — a money movement operating system. Each module is first-class, and they share one data model, one ledger and one API.
Unified checkout
Hosted components and one Payments API for cards, wallets and local methods — with minimal PCI scope on your side.
Learn more →Smart routing
Multi-acquirer orchestration, automatic retries and network tokens — engineered for approval-rate uplift on every route.
Learn more →Risk & 3DS
SCA orchestration with exemption logic, issuer intelligence and a risk engine calibrated for delayed-delivery verticals.
Learn more →Ledger & balances
A double-entry, immutable ledger underneath every movement. Balance accounts, reserves and audit trails to the cent.
Learn more →Splits & payouts
Split one payment across many parties, hold rolling reserves and pay out suppliers on schedule — across borders and currencies.
Learn more →Reconciliation
Settlement-level reporting that closes your books automatically. Fees, refunds, chargebacks and FX — all explained line by line.
Learn more →Built for complex money
Made for money flows that don't fit a checkout box.
A booking paid today for a service delivered next month. One payment, five parties, three currencies. Refunds, disputes and reserves that finance can actually trace. This is the reality we built for.
- Delayed delivery by design. Capture strategies, schedule-aware risk and dispute evidence built around the booking lifecycle.
- Multi-party by default. Suppliers, drivers, captains, hosts — every split is a first-class ledger event, not a spreadsheet.
- Multi-currency without leakage. Collect in one currency, settle in another, pay out in a third — with FX you can audit.

Who it's for
Deep where it matters, not thin everywhere.
We don't chase every vertical. We go deep on industries with hard money problems — the ones we've operated in ourselves.
Travel & mobility
OTAs, transfers, charters and experiences. Delayed delivery, supplier payouts and seasonal peaks — handled by people who lived them.
Payments for travel →Marketplaces & platforms
Onboard sellers, process for them, split funds and pay everyone out — one integration, full compliance, per-seller ledgers.
Payments for platforms →Vertical SaaS
Embed payments into your software and monetise the flow — bookings, invoices, subscriptions — without becoming a payments company.
Embedded payments →Why Veloqen
Big-provider capability.
None of the black box.
No black boxes
Interchange++ with a single markup line. Every invoice reconciles to the cent against settlement reports — fees, refunds, chargebacks, FX, all itemised. If you can't explain a cost, we haven't done our job.
Approval rates, engineered
Routing between acquirers, intelligent retries, network tokens and issuer-aware 3DS decisions — treated as core product, not premium add-ons. Basis points of acceptance are revenue.
Finance-grade by design
A double-entry immutable ledger under every movement. Your CFO gets settlement-level reporting and automatic reconciliation — payments maturity is finance ops, not just checkout.
Weeks, not quarters
Hosted components, deterministic sandboxes and guided onboarding by payment engineers who answer. Go live in weeks — with underwriting that understands your vertical instead of fearing it.
Developer first
One API. Zero folklore.
Versioned REST, strong idempotency, signed webhooks and a sandbox that behaves like production. The integration you finish before the kick-off call ends.

How it starts
Three steps. No sales theatre.
Talk to an engineer
Your first reply comes from a payments engineer within one business day — not a sequence, not a qualification bot. Bring your hardest flow.
Map your flows
We take one real scenario — a booking, a split, a payout — and walk it through Veloqen end to end: routing, ledger entries and fees, line by line.
Sandbox & pilot
Design partners get sandbox keys, a direct engineering channel and a migration plan that runs alongside your current provider — no rip-and-replace.
Fair questions
Asked by everyone. Answered honestly.
Is Veloqen live today?
We're building in the open with a small group of EU & UK design partners, and our group's own travel platforms are migrating onto Veloqen rails first. Sponsor-led acquiring goes live with those partners — joining early means shaping the platform around your flows.
Are you a licensed payment institution?
We operate sponsor-first: card acquiring and settlement run through licensed sponsor acquirers and settlement banks, while Veloqen runs orchestration, risk, ledger and payouts. Our own EMI authorisation is on the roadmap — we publish the plan openly on our company page.
What does it cost?
Interchange++ with a single markup line, quoted for your specific mix — no setup fees, no monthly minimums, no surprise service fees in month three. Send a recent processing statement and we'll return a line-by-line comparison. See pricing.
How long does integration take?
Hosted components and a deterministic sandbox mean the technical integration is measured in weeks. The honest answer for going live end-to-end depends on underwriting and your flows — which is exactly what we map with you in step two.
Do we have to drop our current provider?
No. Veloqen runs alongside your current PSP: route a share of traffic, compare approval rates and costs on real numbers, and migrate at your own pace. See how switching works.
